New Function	Description
wfcCreateTimer	Creates a Timer object.
wfcTimer::Start wfcTimer::Stop wfcTimer::Destroy	Starts, stops, and destroys the Timer object.
wfcTimerAction::OnTimer	Callback function which is executed after the timer completes the specified time duration.
wfcInvokeLater	Creates a listener object whose callback is executed as soon as the Toolkit thread is available.
